The room was comfortable and fairly spacious for a single room. The breakfast buffet was good value, but I paid for it in the morning and it was significantly cheaper than if I had paid for it at the time of booking. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa. The hotel was overall much nicer than I had expected.
The room was too hot, but I was abler to open a window and let some cool, fresh air in.

SPA zone offers variety of options. It was well equipped and not overcrowded.
The hotel is posted as "with the parking". I got a message a few hours before check in when I was on my way already, that parking is an extra option for 15 euro and requires prior reservation. When I came there, service informed me that there are no places for my car because everything is occupied by managers who came for some event. If they are more important than guests then well..maybe is time to change a business model.
Finally I had to park in the city garage and wasted a lot of time as the public garage nearby was closed as well.

Unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel was the location. 10 minute walk into the old town and there are lots of shops, restaurants and sights to see.
We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover. Me and my partner agreed it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, we have stayed in hostels in Vietnam for £2 a night which were cleaner than this hotel. The swimming pool area was so dirty it completely put us off, especially having to walk through the pool room to reach the breakfast room. Our shower in the room was covered in hair and was dirty. We had upgraded to a double room from a twin room, and on arrival we were told they were fully booked for the double rooms so we would have to deal with a twin room, and refused a refund due to the money being with Booking.com so not their problem. This is understandable if it is out of their hands, but the staff were unfriendly and rude. For €116 euros a night, you expect a lot more!

Location
Poor facilities, tiny en suite when sitting on toilet face & knees up against wall. Key card did not work so back to reception to report only to be asked if I was at the correct room ! No apology when card was found to be programmed wrong .. abrupt attitude, breakfast very average

I enjoyed swimming. The location is really good for someone who arrives by train. The room has sufficient space for working with a PC, and there is hot water and some coffee. People are friendly and helpful. Close to the place there is a beautiful botanic garden.
The breakfast has tasty orange juice and a good selection of fruit. The only cheese is some hard cheese slices packed in plastic. Processed cheese is cheap and could have completed the experience. Some camembert would be excellent. Not enough cabinet space in the room, I had to use my suitcase.

Location is excellent - close to the Dijon main train station and a short walk to the historic town centre and all of the sights. Friendly staff, secure luggage storage etc. The room was nice enough. I didn't have high expectations but found it was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable. Also, although it was a smaller room, I didn't feel cramped. The air-conditioning worked (which was good because the weather was very warm and humid during my stay). I didn't test out the fitness or wellness facilities when there so I can't comment on these aspects - I did like that it was possible/these options were available nonetheless.
The bathroom: it could do with a heavy-duty bleaching and re-grouting of the tiles as there was a bit of mould happening. Also it was a bit narrow (not a problem for me but possibly for other people with mobility issues).

Vehicle parking
Shower was dangerously slippery and the tile grouting was filthy.
Breakfast was basic with nothing to make you feel hungry.

The location was good
We only booked this hotel because it was advertised as having parking and having a swimming pool/spa.
When we arrived we were told parking was not an option and we had to park in the multi story opposite, however the maximum height restriction was 1.8 metres and my van exceeded this,
So after driving round for over an hour trying to find an alternative parking space I had to stay in the short stay car park which ended up costing me more than the hotel!
I tired to not let the parking dilemma spoil my trip and set off for a lovely “spa day” but when we arrived the pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was barely Luke warm, the steam room was out of order, there were no towels/showers,
I decided to go back to the room for a nice bath instead (seeing as though I could not swim in the pool)
After I cleaned the grime out of the bath, I couldn’t fill it as the plug didn’t fit,
The room was ridiculously small, I couldn’t even put my suitcase down as there was no floor space big enough.
We booked 2 nights but left after the first night as I couldn’t stand to be here any longer and couldn’t afford another night in the car park

Very quiet despite being so close to the station

Located centrally in Dijon. Clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. We were attending the motor racing in Dijon-prenois and it was ideal.
Nothing

the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly - providing help with parking the motorbike. We travelled separately by train and motorbike. The hotel was perfectly located for the station and to walk into the center of town. The breakfast was very good.
The pool room smelt very strongly of chlorine and this smell was in the lifts.

private parking space underground. accessible SPA with towels, really lovely atmosphere. Very central, you can stay here and visit Dijon on foot
Room is a bit tight, corridors' pavement is a bit wobbly

We liked how the hotel was situated near the station and was a 10-20min walk to the centre. The staff were lovely. The facilities were accessible and wasn’t full so we got the property facilities almost all to ourselves.
It was really hot even with the window open so for hot summer days there was no air conditioning. There was also too much chlorine in the pools it hurt my eyes quite a bit. I also wasn’t immediately reimbursed for my pre-authorisation payment that I paid a week before my stay and almost a week after my stay it still has not returned and I used Revolut for this payment. The property told me I would have to wait atleast a month. I technically ended up blowing at most 500€ just to stay there since the prepayment has not returned to me. Apparently it depends on my bank but I propose that this policy is not handy since you’ll be waiting on your money and the money should be reimbursed immediately upon check out!

Spa: swimming pool, hammam, sauna, jaccuzi, ...

Beds are comfortable
Small rooms but ok
Breakfast moderate: basic but ok

Access to the SPA (Jacuzzi, Hammam, Sauna, ...) and to the POOL, indoor parking space (on reservation), sound isolation is great between the rooms
Very small room at first. Was enough after a while as there is the spa and more common spaces.
Going to the pool or spa twice a day, the towels are quite wet and maybe it could be great if we could take a new towel at the spa directly

it was convenient for a one night stay and had parking. The reception staff were friendly and helpful
the room was small and the bed was only a small double so we had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the heating. Slightly dated decor and could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was nothing special for the price. the fruit salad looked as if it was several days old. We probably wouldn’t stay there again. There are Kyriads we would definitely use again, but this wasn’t one of them.

Thé staff was pleasant and the breakfast was great.
The room was very small. The toilet seat was crooked and not stable. The toilet didn’t flush well. There were two different types of toilet paper - soft and not soft. Strange! The baseboard in the room was dirty. The shower was gross!! It was moldy and the shower head didn’t stay in place. The pipes above the mirror were dirty.
The spa was falling apart! Tiles came off in the steam shower. The steps into the jacuzzi had boards fallen off and the moldy styrofoam was exposed.
To top all of this our neighbor and his wife had a screaming fight from midnight until 6 am - NO EXAGGERATING!
We were given a discount for the disturbance from our neighbor but the lack of cleanliness and maintenue of the hotel is unacceptable.
8.0 / 10.0
Spa operated as expected but needs a little tile reparation in the hamman. A little cooked food at breakfast was appreciated. Proximity to the gare and centreville great. Very welcoming and efficient staff. Generally, a hotel with a quiet ambiance.
Bed a little narrow and room slightly small. Room air flow/temp control limited unless the a/c fan turned up yet too noisy - needed to open the window (in winter).
