bad location near train station. homeless/druggie guys hovering by garage. rooms small and poor quality. NOT a 4 store. maybe a 3 star. we decided not to stay after touring the property. didnt feel comfortable

Lovely Hotel near the Train Station

Big beautiful room with a very nice bathroom. Bed was very large and comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay was short so we could not enjoy the pool or breakfast.

Nice hotel, amazing service.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Nice design inside the bedrooms. The staff were absolutely amazing, accommodating our every need. They did their most to make us feel at home. Easy to park nearby.

The hotel is quite close to the station, thus there were some peculiar individuals the property, especially at night. However, we felt safe. The breakfast selection was not the best.

Great location and loved the room

This hotel was in a perfect spot to be able to see the sites in Dijon. It was easily walkable to everything that I wanted to see along the Owl Trail, while I was there. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I love that the water closet was separate from the large shower and sink. I did get upgraded to a nice room while I was there! The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions and I experienced great customer service when I was checking in. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Dijon.

The staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The decor was nice.

Breakfast - not so good. It was quite crowded and only one coffee machine which made things a little unpleasant. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout though. They did all they could in these circumstances.

Perfect location, few minutes walk from the train station. Comfortable bed, quiet room and clean. Breakfast is OK too

The bathroom has no door. Although the heater works fine, it’s still chilly after showering. The safe is too small to fit a laptop.

You could open the windows and very close to train station. Comfy bed. We had a 2nd floor superior room which we were told looked onto gardens and pool but it looked onto roof of indoor pool and concrete courtyard. Not quite what advertised.

Very difficult to get to in a car as no access from the front of the hotel. Garage is round the back there we're no instructions from the hotel before we got there and we found the garage by chance . Difficult with luggage especially if not physically able

Superb city centre hotel

Lovely hotel walking distance to the historic centre of Dijon. The staff were welcoming and very professional, our room was immaculate, and extremely comfortable.. Overnight stay, sadly no time to have the breakfast, but would definitely return and highly recommend Thank you for such a pleasant visit.

Disappointing

Location

I chose this hotel because it had a car park. This was full when I arrived. The system in the breakfast room is ridiculous, making people queue for a buffet. Could be much simpler. Chairs inappropriate.
