Well situated, but not 4 stars. You can’t shake off the feeling of being in a budget hotel.

Location was great, handy to Dijon walking precinct, Parking, while not with the Hotel, was easy and not far away. Staff were mostly accommodating.

Small room, tiny bathroom. Lack of amenities such as no fridge in room. The cooking smells from the restaurant downstairs permeated the hotel and were very unpleasant. You could open a window, but noise from the walking precinct was vey loud until late. Lots of little things like a coffee machine wth 2 pods, no spoons, no creamer, etc. I asked for more, but it was like pulling teeth.

Excellent location, comfy stay

The lady at the reception spoke English very well, she was friendly and welcoming. The room itself felt cozy with the modern furniture and appliances but also warm with use of colors and fabrics. Being able to stream from phone to TV was a plus! Having an espresso machine also very handy. The bed was comfy enough and the shower pressure good! The location was excellent and right in the city without any noise from outside.

There was a bit of a 'fish'? smell from the restaurant in the reception area that wasn't very appealing. Also the aircon system was making a constant unsual 'noise' every 10-15 minutes throughout the night which we reported next morning at reception. The general underground parking was a bit hard to find upon arrival because of the unclear street signage, but fortunately only 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

Great room, poor maintenance

Superb location, very stylish room.

Shades open automatically at 8am. No control for curtains by yourself. A/C still broken. So only a fan,noiseless, as I fixed it for the hotel. Shower will give a form of hot water, but very poor control over temperature and takes a loooonnggg time.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location

Lovely hotel with all the facilities you want and centrally located in beautiful Dijon. Parking was easy in the nearby car park and very cheap!

Lovely little hotel, perfect for a night or two in Dyjon.

Perfect location. Staff were very friendly. Great little bar in the basement. Park in The Darcy public underground carpark & you can exit opposite the hotel.

The air conditioning wasn't working the entire time we were there. This was during one of the hottest June's France has experienced in quite a while. While we were provided an oscillating fan in our room, we could never get comfortable enough to sleep well. Very disappointed. From evidence on the wall at the grate, something construction-wise was being done, but we were told that nobody knew the a.c. would be repaired. Definitely was a downer for our stay.

Breakfast tiny bit stingy croissant and cheese for €18 a bit steep not much else, bread jam bit of ham, but there was some really tasty cheese so maybe I’m being mean, coffee fair, juice ok.

The localization was excellent in the proximity of restaurants, cafes, Halle market, and train stations. It is very nice to enjoy in the city, with an owl tour, meeting the historic points and events in the city.

Good location is the only saving grace of this hotel

The location is very central, although you can’t access it with your car unless you have a very special permit.

The air conditioner was very noisy, which disrupted our sleep at night. On arrival, they offered a “free” complementary aperitif at their restaurant but then the restaurant pressured us to have dinner there as soon as they served it. The next morning, breakfast was a disappointment and a very bad value. Poor service, staff only speaks French and there is no translation for basic food instructions. For instance, there was a basket full of eggs that you would think were hard boiled eggs. But no, they were raw and we saw customers break the eggs in their plates to their bewilderment when they found out the eggs were raw. By the way, we had been told when we arrived the prior evening that we could have eggs cooked in different ways, but in the morning the French-only speaking waiter told us that they could only be boiled. No omelette, no fried or scrambled eggs. Then my wife had orange juice and it was badly fermented, so they had to change the orange juice jar. Food run out and was not replenished. Finally the cheese selection was very limited. Better find another place for breakfast!

Good hotel for the price and an excellent restaurant.

Location is good near to the Darcy car park and within walking distance from the town centre. The restaurant was excellent.

The room was average size with quite a small bathroom. I was surprised that there was no fridge in the room.

The value was not so much worth it, the location was great, howeverthere could be lots of improving.
