The location easy to get around nice by trams or walking
Had a problem with the bed which was not really resolved during our stay

Breakfast was good, and the room was spacious. I particularly appreciated the water dispenser in the hallway and the possibility to make coffee in the room. The staff at reception and during breakfast were very professional, friendly, and welcoming.
The bathroom sink was clogged, there was no toilet brush, and the room had no windows. The cleaning staff was very noisy in the hall - talking :-/
