The hotel was everything we hoped it would be! I’d chosen it for proximity to the tram and beach, slightly quieter location and decent staff and breakfast reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and varied and the 24/7 free coffee was hugely appreciated! Loved the selection of fresh teas at breakfast too. Loan of towels for the beach (and umbrella if wanted) was a great touch. They’re decent towels too. We’d booked a deluxe double/twin and it was a great sized room. Had a balcony, so we could sit out and do a little people watching. Bathroom was also a good size and looked new - all in, a fabulous 3-night stay.

The location is fantastic! Very convenient for exploring Nice, with easy access to the beach, old town and public transport.
Special mention goes to Tamari at the reception-she is truly the best! Super friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome from the very first moment. Her warm attitude and great service made our stay even better.
Thank you for the good stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return!

2 minutes from the beach. 15-20 minute walk to the city centre where all restaurants and nightlife is. Easy walk. Room was comfortable and quiet (302). Towels, umbrellas, and beach umbrellas for daily loan was nice. free coffee in the morning was nice. We didn't have the included breakfast.
These things were expected and OK for us but some travelers and the hotel may find this useful. As in most European destinations we've traveled to, the room is very small. No bureau, just a small closet with a few hangars. We lived out of our suitcases. No bathroom counter space to speak of. A little room on the sink and on the toilet tank. The bathroom is quite big so adding some small shelves would help. There is no bar. Was not expecting one but would be nice.
The beach is small flat, smooth rocks. Not the most comfortable to walk on but the beach itself is awesome.
