Location was excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful
The pillows 🤣 too soft but that’s down to personal preference
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs with travel advice. Location fantastic. Only negative was carpet needs to be replaced and towels too flimsy. I would stay there again but would try for a better room and one that was kept up better.
Carpeting needs to be replaced and more places to hang up clothes etc

Great customer service - helpful and nice, a beautiful lobby with honesty bar 24/7, great interiors, good location
The ground level room with windows facing the street (which you cannot open) wasn’t a good pick for us (we didn’t notice it while booking) but the manager allowed us to change the room for the following night and it was excellent this time
