Great location,staff, facilities,
They provided complimentary use of beach sheets, hand held fans, really nice coffee, tea, chilled still and sparkling water, staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. I will absolutely stay there again.
It was all great

Breakfast was ok….. but, very little fresh fruit… orange juice not fresh.
Tiny bedroom … nearly impossible to get around the bottom of the bed….. with sharp corners of little desk at bottom of bed scraping against a person,s hip, causing injury in trying to get to bathroom at night and to balcony during the day.
Room, certainly not up to the quality expected and not reflecting the rate charge for it.
We have often stayed in other hotels I.e. Meridian, Beau Rivage etc and had heard that the lady from Beau Rivage was now in charge of The Deck and therefore the disappointment in the quality of the hotel, rated as 4* but in reality a 3* quality.
