Very large and clean apartment, large comfortable double (king) bed, good bathroom. Full kitchen though we did not use it, except for the refrigerator. Nice view out the window/balcony, and quiet street. Terrific, friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast with delicious and high quality foods, and eggs made to order. Parking is available a 5 min walk away. Old town 15 min walk.
Apartment was a little worn (walls, paint, finishes). The sofa bed was very large but perhaps not the most comfortable. Curtains were not "blackout" and weren't large enough to cover the very large windows, but we still slept well.

The welcoming staff. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived a little early. They accommodated us in the courtyard with coffee and croissants. Very caring and accommodating staff.
Limited outlets to plug in devices in the studio apartment. In the kitchenette area, there was only one and in an awkward spot. There was no heat in the bathroom so the floor becomes ice cold in the night. We were there beginning of April. Bed linens a little dated. All towel bars and rods could have used tightening. The shower doors were misaligned so would end up with water on the floor. Aside from the outlet issue, the rest was mostly cosmetic.

The location is great, we walked everywhere, main shopping district, beach and old town. The rooms in the apartment were spacious light and clean but above all it is the staff Simon, Yohan and Noemie who are all young but highly professional, with a can do attitude where nothing is too much trouble who are exceptional and the hotel's greatest assets.
The lift broke down and took well over 12 hours to fix, the curtains didn't fit the windows and one actually fell off the wall, the freezer compartment door was missing in the fridge, there were various light bulbs either pout or missing altogether and the shower screen handle was broken. Most of these issues were resolved but the whole apartment could do with a face lift - it is a lovely apartment.
