Great location, lovely spacious room.
Pool staff were a little chaotic and stressful at times. Not consistent service.

The hotel is situated towards the Airport end of the Promenade Des Anglais (but well distanced from the airportt) so is a little far from the central town area, which is reflected in the lower prices. There was no aircraft noise . The Terrace restaurant and the breakfasts were exceptional. Our room was very pleasant with a balcony and had a good view.
There is a tram stop almost directly outside at the rear of the property which runs to the airport and this is also handy for getting easily into town. There is also a bus stop adjacent at the front for travel into town or from the Airport. Consequently the relative distance from the heart of Nice was not really an issue and we would certainly stay here again.
There are few local restaurants immediately by the hotel but if only staying a few nights the Hotel restaurants were fine.

Location. Bedrooms clean and comfortable
The lack of staff. The lack of attention to detail I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pool side understaffed and not clean or organised. Restaurant the same. No downstairs bar. The pool & pool bar closed mid holiday even though it was 23 degrees. No shuttle into town. Reception staff inattentive and busy chatting to themselves. Cleaning of the bedrooms excellent.
