The staff were friendly.
Check in and out was quick and efficient.
The pool area is quite nice.
Clean, decent sized rooms.
The breakfast has a good variety, but everything feels like it should be a bit cleaner.
Good location, super close to the airport (about 10 minute drive).
The roll-away bed that was provided for our son was broken and collapsed when he got on it. We asked twice in the evening to have it changed and no one did. We asked again the next morning and when we got back after a day out still no action taken. Only when we asked a 4th time did they finally change it.
For such a massive hotel the gym is tiny and disappointing.

Nice location.
We ask taxi to airport and in the morning taxi driver inform us that price is 45 euro.Hotel near airport -price is not correct.So reception must inform about this unnormal price.But nobody not inform us.

Location. Bedrooms clean and comfortable
The lack of staff. The lack of attention to detail I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pool side understaffed and not clean or organised. Restaurant the same. No downstairs bar. The pool & pool bar closed mid holiday even though it was 23 degrees. No shuttle into town. Reception staff inattentive and busy chatting to themselves. Cleaning of the bedrooms excellent.
