Excellent location to explore the azure coast, friendly staff, very clean, quiet room

The location of the hotel is near the tram, leading to fast and smooth transportation toward Nice's downtown. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was generous and delicious.
The parking was not clearly visible to us. We entered another parking before finding the hotel parking. It was safe but the smell in it was horrible.

Proximity to the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Easy to check in and get key and go up to room.
It was very very strange to walk through the bathroom to enter the bedroom -- with no door between the bathroom and entrance to the hotel room. This meant someone could walk into a partner while they are on the toilet inadvertently, which not everyone wants to happen.
Also, very odd that there was no walls for the shower, so when I took a shower it got water all over the floor and became a slipping hazard immediately. My partner also found the bed uncomfortable.
