La propreté, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, le parking (même s'il est payant)
Le manque d' un petit espace extérieur pour les chiens, après comme il s'agit d'une résidence senior en parallèle, c'est compréhensible... Il manque certains accessoires de cuisine maïs l'essentiel est là

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Le personnel au top 👍
On est au calme même en centre ville. Les animaux sont acceptés ce qui est un vrai plus. La clim réversible : génial.
Dommage pour la hauteur du parking limitée, un utilitaire avec galerie ne passe pas.

La posizione è ottima. La stazione ferroviaria è a 10 minuti a piedi. E' disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento ma comunque non è complicato trovar posti auto in zona. Ci sono stati dei problemi con il lavello della cucina che perdeva acqua ma sono stati prontamente risolti. L'ambiente è tranquillo e silenzioso e non potrebbe essere altrimenti, si tratta di una residenza per anziani che fa anche servizio hotel. A 100 metri una brasserie buonissima.
il check out è richiesto forse un po' troppo presto. Non so se è una usanza francese ma all'arrivo non ci sono stati chiesti documenti.
