Aparthotel Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais

Convenient location across the road from the beach, with tram outside the door and supermarket, chemist, cafes and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage and clothes. Clean bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Very compliance focused communication - flyer in the room itemising the penalty for any apartment item missing or broken. Does not feel welcoming of guests who are spending a lot of money to visit. Although I understand that there may have been instances where the aparthotel may have had items broken or stolen, that’s what the security deposit is for. No need to itemise what each appliance costs if it is broken or stolen. Most guests are respectful of the space, and no need to make everybody feel like a potential thief. Doesn’t set a good tone for the stay. Also, there was an instance where there were two staff members at reception arguing loudly with each other in the presence of aparthotel guests. This is not appropriate - people are there to have a good time. These things compromise the guests’ experience.

Absolutely we enjoyed to stay there

We had a wonderful stay at Rate Aparthotel Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—right on the promenade, close to the beach and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Our whole family enjoyed our time here and we would highly recommend this aparthotel to anyone visiting Nice.

Kind of run down. They lent us a coffee maker; we bought the coffee pods but they didn’t give us any sugar or creamer.
