Location, beautiful neighborhood, close to dinning and shopping areas, including a short walk to the promenade. Close to transport for travelling in the French Riviera. The room was very spacious with a lot of light. Breakfast buffet was very good. The garden in the front gives you a good feeling snd opportunity to take a short break or a coffee in a relaxing atmosphere.

Great size family room, really lovely outdoor seating area for drinks. Great breakfast and really helpful staff in the hotel. Location is fabulous, train station 10mins away, seafront 5mins.

Gardens were beautiful and the location was excellent. Close to the beach and the tram stations/bus. Staff friendly. Clean bedroom/bathroom.
Very basic room for the price we paid. We were very disappointed as we were put into a first floor room directly above where renovations were being carried out. There was drilling, sawing, banging from early in the morning. There was also work being carried out in an electrical closet directly outside our room for the entirety of our stay. Very noisy throughout. The room was right by the lift and the lift was seemingly running all night and also very noisy. Reception area and lobby smelt like stale smoke (as if the hotel used to be smoking permitted) very unpleasant. Feel very disappointed with the stay for the price we paid. Don’t think guests should’ve been there whilst they were carrying out these renovations. The entire bar area and walk through to the lift was all tented and then our room was directly above. Disappointing overall.
