Excellent location, nicely furnished and above all, very friendly staff, everyone helpful and attentive, we really had a warm welcome.

Conveniently close to the airport. Easy access to downtown with the tram (the stop is just walking distance from the hotel) Good breakfast. Decent room.
Access by car very difficult. Parking places extremely small (not Novotel fault though as it is a public parking). But it is a problem for an hotel claiming to have parking, especially for travellers with luggages for the all family and with the appropriate car. Very easy to confuse this Novotel Suites with the other Novotel, located very close (we stopped at the other by mistake).

Breakfast was good.
I really don't like the bathroom and shower room - it is like the ones you have on airplanes, made from plastic. Not a nice experience.
