Location was excellent
Recent renovations make the rooms very comfortable.
Staffing except for porter - everyone else couldn’t care if you were there or not. We’re not proactive with their assistance.
Cleaning staff….Left room 7:30 and after a long hot day out returned at 1500 to rest and shower to find room still not attended to. We then had to leave again so cleaner could rush and do it. All whilst she watched videos on her phone. The next day on checkout she arrived at 10am to do room!
Parking….no assistance with arrangements here. All tokens were allocated by the time we arrived therefore no hotel discount.
For the price I thinks the value wasn’t there.
