Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful. Always responsive.
The toilet door in the room didn't work properly. When you are in the bathroom you cant get out. The other guests were very loud.

Great location one street back from the main tram. Staff were always present and happy to help with any questions. Access to Tea and coffee a bonus too
Could do with a upgrades in power points to include USB chargers

The hotel was very well located for exploring the sights of Nice, especially the Place Massena and the old town. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with a good bathroom with very hot water. The staff were all friendly, helpful and anxious to resolve issues raised
The aircon had recently been upgraded but was not working well and I was given a fan to help cool the room. The wifi signal in the room was extremely poor and kept dropping. So two extremely important services were lacking and need urgent attention.
