    We booked the hotel quite late in the afternoon and arrived at around 8 PM. Before arriving, I received a message informing me that there was no elevator and that we would need to climb around 30 steps. Since I’m pregnant, I was initially a little worried, but thankfully, when we arrived, the stairs were not as difficult or as high as I had imagined, so it was completely manageable. The hotel does not have a 24/7 reception, and unfortunately, no one was there when we arrived. Thankfully, Agoda assisted us, and once the receptionist arrived, she immediately took care of us. She was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The following morning, we were assisted by Sebastian, who was also incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. The staff really made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. I especially loved the cold bathtub—it was such a refreshing and relaxing experience! The location is also excellent, just a few steps away from great malls, restaurants, and shops, which made everything very convenient. Despite the small concern when we first arrived, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back again. ❤️ 10/10
