The location is unbeatable, close to everything you would desire; restaurants, shopping and attractions. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant has a lovely view.
Staff at breakfast could be more attentive for a hotel of this stature.

I absolutely loved the stay at your hotel. The welcome by the young staff member on reception was outstanding and we were offered welcome drinks, hot towels and escorted to our room. Absolutely brilliant service.
The breakfast service was, I am really sorry to say, rather shambolic. We made several requests and had to repeat them several times in order to be offered even the basic level of service. Plates, sadly, were not cleared away, requests for coffee, cutlery, and a number of other things were not followed up. This was just rather disappointing since everything else, including the roof top bar, was exceptional. Breakfast requests were finally fulfilled by the managers on the floor. The young team of waiters were perfectly pleasant but seemed to require some additional training and I think it would help if they had a dedicated section or number of tables to specifically focus on.
