An excellent option for exploring Nice, centrally located, 200 metres from Place Massena, the gateway to the old town, and very close to The Promenade des Anglais. Being 6 floors above ground level (116 steps) will ensure you don't forget something before you leave the apartment, but the elevation gives outstanding vistas towards the surrounding hills. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling double French doors create plenty of light. Parquetry floors add style & ambience. It could be improved with better use of the space by the addition of a built-in wardrobe & hooks for drying towels, etc.

Rooms are very clean and appear newly renovated. The location could not be beat! Only downside is there is no elevator, which we knew before booking, but boy do those stairs get to you!

We stayed in room 305, it was spotless and the air con was consistently good. It is a fair few steps to get up but you are made aware of this from the start, just be prepared if you have heavy cases. We loved not having a room key and just having an access code which made coming and going much easier. Overall really positive
