The lady managing the property is so warm and friendly. She gave us early check in without prior notice from us. Clean, modern and spacious room and location couldn’t get better

No lifts to climb 2nd floor with luggage

Tiny room, shower in bedroom with see through glass. Small bed for two people. Felt a bit like home stay or student room, was not the romantic experience I had envisioned.

There was little instruction on how to enter the hotel luckily someone else was entering the building and I was able to get in. Also it's not publicly stated that this is a third floor walk up. With luggage in hot weather it's very unpleasant. The fridge in the room did not work, which was a little annoying. Also, we left a card to keep the air con on which apparently isn't permitted. But I'm paying for the room, I don't see why I can have the air conditioning if I choose to. They entered the room despite having the do not disturb card on the door to remove the card I had in to keep the air con on. Also I had to hunt down the host to get more toilet paper. in general it was hard to track down the host and it was difficult to communicate with them. There were no beach towels but an umbrella. wanted to go to beach but I’m on vacation so I expected the hotel to have beach towels since I did not bring them with me. To me this wasn’t much of a “hotel” more like an Airbnb.
