The common areas were clean but not enjoyable . The room had one nice painted wall but the other was white and blend. It felt utilitarian

Amazing location in the heart of Nice, with easy access to all the main attractions, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Paula at reception, who was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very quiet with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The aparthotel is within walking distance to the promenade. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. The room was very comfortable and I liked that it had a kitchen. The staff was very helpful with questions and storing the luggage.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It's near a beautiful plaza and close to both tram lines. It's a short walk to Vieux Nice and to the promenade. The room had a nice view of the street. Also, the staff was terrific. Always smiling and willing to answer questions. The kitchen had enough utensils and pans for basic cooking.

The hotel says it has an elevator, but it didn't work twice in less than a week. Also, you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator, and then down some stairs to get to reception. If you have baggage or trouble with stairs, this is an issue. The rooms felt like an upgraded hostel to me. Both the air conditioning and the heat could not be used because of "programming issues" connected to the building. The WiFI was inconsistent, and often dropped altogether. Also, there was noise from the street, including cleaners who operate early in the morning.
