This is a real gem of a hotel. Air conditioned (a godsend on the very hot days we experienced) and located near but not too near the station, right on the tram line to get around. Near restaurants, shops and walkable attractions we enjoyed our stay here.
The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff are always more than helpful. Lovely breakfast.
Even though our room overlooked the street, it was very quiet.
A bit of modernisation might help but the place is not shabby, just comfortable.

Location was very good, close to central statiin and main shopping street, as well as tram lines.
Room was too small, towels also very small and thinned out.
Check in process was chaotic as it seems staff were on training anf had no idea what so ever of what they were supposed to do.
No real lobby to sit down and wait.
