I was just on a one night stay for business, I didn't arrive until late in the night, but the hotel provided me with what I needed and that was a bed for the night, it was close to the Main train station in Nice and also close to the main tram line and lots of local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was nice.
Like mentioned, I was only there for one night so didn't get to experience anything wrong with the hotel.
I will highlight that without slamming the door in my room. The door did not engage to lock with just closing.

Stayed here for the monaco grand prix weekend. We arrived late and was welcomed by friendly staff, when we got to the room they had left little gifts on the bed, this was a nice touch. The hotel was lovely and in a fab location for the train station.

The staff were fabulously helpful. Especially, the young lady that booked us in. Her name escapes me at the moment, sadly. It is near to walk anywhere in Nice. If you like walking. Trams are nearby as is the train station.
Hotel is clean. Rooms are spacious and we had a welcome bottle of Prosecco in both rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend.

Clean
It was always noisy! No matter the time of the day, you’d hear always noise- people banging the door, talking loud on the halls, staff also were making noise. I was woken up around midnight from two men being extremely loud saying they are from the housekeeping because there was an issue with electricity in another room
