Great location and staff!
There’s a significant walk to the hotel from taxi drop off point as the access is restricted. During departure it was open access and the taxi (arranged by hotel) helped out carrying my luggage. I expect that the arrival issue is well documented by the hotel for the customers to know before booking.

Excellent location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and with a great view of the street below. We loved the pillow menu, and help-yourself towels and toilet roll!

Friendly staff. Convenient location near railway station but on picturesque square. Decent bed. Clean. Hotel had decent touches like collect extra pillows, chilled water. Would be a higher rating from me but the air-con didn't work as well as it should which meant an uncomfortable night in the heatwave.
Air-con unit pumped out tepid air and didn't properly cool the room. Some minor damage to paintwork. Very small room.
