    Rooms were very small, it was very hot outside and the ACs were not properly working. We were even offered to change our room however problem with AC persisted. The location is central and easily accessible to tram. Staff was friendly and supportive.

    On our first night, we were assigned a room without air‑conditioning during a heatwave. When we asked to change rooms, the hotel informed us that no alternatives were available. Instead, they provided an electric fan that produced very weak airflow and even stopped working during the night. As a result, we had to keep the window open, but the noise from outside made it extremely difficult to sleep.
