A relaxing comfortable stay

The hotel is located just one tram station away from Nice airport. It’s in Grand Arena area and is well served by Tram line 2,,3 to major destinations in metro Nice. It’s also in the vicinity of St Augustine train station connecting to other regional cities. We also enjoyed our Bus line12 which serve the scenic Promenade route to the city.
It’s aparthotel that provides a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher which guests can do light cooking. It has paid laundry facility in the hotel as well.
Staffs are excellent under the leadership of manager Julie, the front desk staffs , Pearle, Diego, and Erina (if I get her name right) the lady at the breakfast cafe, are all warm n welcoming.
We had a great experience at this aparthotel.

I would not stay at this hotel again and unfortunately do not recommend it.
The main positive is the location: it’s about an 11-minute walk from the airport, with a tram option as well, which is very convenient for early flights. The area is mostly quiet. The room also has a kitchen and a good-sized closet, although the kitchen equipment did not look clean.
Unfortunately, there were several major issues. The AC makes a loud noise every 20 seconds, making it impossible to sleep with it on. The night mode is quieter, but the room reaches 27–28°C at night with it, so it is still impossible to sleep comfortably. When I first entered the room, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and I had to kill a large number of them. There were also many hairs on the bed, which was extremely nasty. The room looked very deteriorated compared with the pictures, and the shower floor had multiple stains and looked disgusting.
There is also no room service, so you have to go to the front desk to get anything you need. There is no regular cleaning service either unless requested in advance.
The breakfast is not worth it—it is a very basic continental breakfast. The surrounding area also has limited restaurant options; some close early, while others mainly offer basic food like burgers and pizza.
Overall, despite the convenient airport location, the cleanliness issues, mosquitoes, deteriorated rooms, AC problems, lack of services, and limited dining options make this a hotel I would not recommend or stay at again.
