Very efficient, clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection good.
Breakfast area very small and overcrowded. Angle of tables did not fit shape of room. Nice sized bed however not easy to get in or out from wall side.

Very close to Airport, walkable or using the excellent tram . Airport location is very convenient to Nice Center thanks to the tram. High number of trams served by lines 2 and 3, nearest station (Grand Arénas) is about 4 minutes away on foot, even with wheeled luggage The hotel offers all the facilities including a fine breakfast buffet. Cleanliness is exemplary and the staff is very pleasant The price is attractive
A closet in the room would be more comfortable than clothes hangers on the wall, but not necessary Accommodation was good for a single male traveler in the summer. There might be problems for couples with larger luggage and more/bulkier clothes, for texample in Winter
