    I enjoyed our stay at B & B Hotel, Nice Aeroport Arenas. It was a little hard to find initially. Staff and location and value were very good.

    Here is the thing, my booking clearly shows that the breakfast is included, but when I arrived and checked in, the receptionist told me there is no breakfast included,I have to buy it again or I will have no breakfast to eat! I was so shocked about that but still checked the booking info with Agoda again,and provided them with proof. But they still kept ignoring all the information I gave and refused to give me the breakfast benefit. I was so hopeless! But I didn't want to be hungry every morning,so I bought breakfast again, which means I was robbed of almost 100 euros by them!! This is no different from robbers and thieves, and absolutely bullying guests. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, never seen such a poor one. They have brought shame to France. I complained to the Agoda platform about their behavior. Luckily, the problem got solved and they refunded me the breakfast fee. Thanks to the Agoda customer service. But it's still not something to be happy about. Cause it just means they only caved in to the Agoda platform, but didn't respect the guests from the start and didn't even apologize to me. Then came the room cleaning. This hotel never cleans the rooms, never! Even though I stayed for a whole week. All the services on the web pages seem not exist, they don't care about the customer experience at all. Listen, if you also want to have breakfast, then don't choose this hotel. Their breakfast doesn't exist (although it's shown on the website, it's actually not there. You need to buy it again after arriving at the hotel) And if you want an everyday clean room, don't choose it either, I mean it, this is a real experience.

    The hotel is efficient but the receptionist was a bit strange when I asked her about her name, she tried to questioned me about why I wanted to know her name, but other staff were helpful and nice. Tell your receptionist that guests asked for name because when they write a review the will write if you are good or not by mentioning your name and probably they will notice you are a bit strange.
