    First impressions were not great... reception staff in his coat... very laid back..but was fine. Rooms are clean, bathroom with walk in shower was lovely. Our view from the window was not good...looking out onto rubbish etc. Front of the building would be better. We didn't eat breakfast here, so can't comment. The location is good...5 min walk to main train station ..to go to the airport or the other way towards Monaco. Also right on main shopping drag, plus only 10min walk to the sea. Lots of places to eat locally.

    We checked in pretty late, but the staff was so lovely and even took the time to explain the layout of the Nice area. The hotel was well maintained and very clean, and the hotel was very conveniently located near the main shopping street.
