    I paid more for a superior room but it’s tiny. No place for luggage except at the front door and bathroom so I have to climb over my luggage to get to the front door and bathroom. I booked twin beds and it came as two joined single beds so they have to pull it apart, which again means less space to walk around. The room smells like wet rag and bleach. The funky smell gave me allergies that faded once I left the room. There is old school Air conditioning that turns off at night when it hits the desired temperature. So we kept waking up sweating. Room Keys didn’t work and had to be reset every time we left the room. The Staff made some excuse about it being due to the heat but I left the room to get ice at the lobby and still the keys needed to be reset! They don’t bother to clean the cups and the bowls in the room till I asked them to. I complementary water in the room . The young man who got me ice in a bowl was very helpful. The staff generally were not so great and just made excuses for the lousy service. Not at all apologetic for the bad experience. Only thing is good location near the train station.

    Stayed here overnight before travelling on by train. Very handy for the train station and close to tram and main shopping street. Nice walk to promenade. As it was January I got an excellent rateband was very happy with the staff and the hotel. I would stay here again.

    It is close to the station and this is why we chose the hotel. It is 15 to 20 minutes walk to the beach, but there are lots of shops on Main Street to the shore. breakfast was great with variety of fruit, salad, cheese, bread, and coffee/tea.

    The check in was very slow, the room carpet was very dirty with a lot of human hair and other dirt, when asked for cleaning we got no response from the reception, on return to the room the floor was in the same state, in the toilet was smelling like urine. One bottle of water was provided even though we were party of two.
