Amazing staff and perfect location, close to city center but quite.

The hotel is located in the center of Nice, close to the beach and the train station. Cozy, modernly equipped room with air conditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast with a sufficient selection of food. Good price/quality ratio.

The central air conditioning unit located at the back of the building is quite noisy, which is not pleasant at night and disturbs sleep. The windows do dampen the noise, but not completely. We had the unit directly under the window of room 204 and the reception was happy to exchange it for a better located room 306. The hotel could consider investing in soundproofing this air conditioning unit.Even though the guests weren't very considerate when returning to their rooms at night.

We liked breakfast, the staff was nice and the location was close to everything.

Our room was very noisy - even sleeping with earplugs didn't help, we were several times awake during the nights and we normally sleep very deep (without earplugs). The walls and carpet in the room were dirty, Wifi was very poor. Here and there you could see small damages in the hotel, most of them very easy to fix. Just overall you had a feeling that the place was run without care.
