Watched the new movie in cinema theatre which is 2 mins away
Personnel - receptionists Madina and Wissem are so genuinely nice and kind, caring, and professional. From the check in moment I felt welcomed. They are assets to this hotel.
I didn’t like that manager didn’t want to extend my booking for the same rate and asked twice more. It wasn’t busy season and carnaval was over. So I didn’t get the point. Anyway I’m leaving high mark just because I was happy with location and Madina and Wissem.
