The staff was great and the room seemed to be improved since I last stayed there years ago. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean rooms! Even the room was small, but the arranged a baby crib, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was good and with a variety to choose.

The location was good. Super close to the main promenade, the beach, and a bunch of restaurants/bars. The main train station was about a 15 minute walk away, but it was a relatively easy walk. The front desk staff during the day were nice and tried to be helpful.

We had issues with our bathtub/shower draining extremely slow (to the point we would be wading in multiple inches of water after a quick shower and would be waiting 15+ minutes for it to drain for the next person to use the shower) from our first night onward. A few of us even slipped, almost falling, and had issues getting safely out of the shower. We told the front desk almost everyday throughout our stay and were told that someone would be coming, but the issue never improved. Most of the time, we would be complaining to the night time receptionist since we were out all day. We also had a room booked for four people, but their WiFi could only give 3 people access per room, so one of us were constantly off WiFi or had to go down to the front desk to get a different code for an empty room (if there was one).
