The location was fabulous! Gorgeous views with easy access to everything you would need to enjoy Nice. The room was spacious, modern and comfy.
This facility definitely has character and history, exactly what you would describe as a boutique hotel.
The location itself was a little hard to find as the hotel is not labeled with its name. We also didn’t know we had to pull our luggage up several flights of stairs. There is no elevator, so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with disabilities or elderly. The facility itself could use a little TLC as there were several exposed wires throughout. Also, if you rent a car, you will need to find a parking garage nearby and bring your luggage throughout the streets.

Location is great and room is newly renovated
The room requires you to take 8 flights of stairs to get to a dark corridor for your room which is not advertised. Bed is very uncomfortable too. We also paid 5 euro for each beach towel but were given old baths towels as they had run out.

Fantastic location and beautiful suite, very comfortable, 2 balconies with seating, staff helped us with our bags up the stairs (no lift - made clear at time of booking) and were friendly and helpful at all times
