It is centrally located, many shops and restaurants around. Extremely convenient. 5 mins walk to beach promenade, 10 mins to Old Town. The kitchen is well equipped, well lighted . Cleanliness is acceptable . Overall good choice for family stay in Nice
Not recommended if you are light sleeper. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor so the noise from the restaurants below the apartment can be a bit disturbing. They close quite late, close to midnight

Centrally located - in the heart of restaurants & shopping. Clean and basic apartment.
The process of checking in/out was difficult, especially checking out. I couldn’t get a hold of the staff to return the key.
