    We arrived around 1pm only to find the office closed from 12-2. With no signage on the door we weren’t even sure we were in the right place. Additionally there is zero signage outside to let you know you are in the right spot. The only marking is a sticker on the buzzer panel which is mostly worn off and unreadable. With no where to store our luggage it was not a great welcome. I tried calling multiple times but no answer. Oh and the street outside is a pedestrian only area so the uber dropped us 2 blocks away and we had to walk with our luggage. The rooms are on floors 4 and 5 and there are no elevators so just know that and be prepared as the office attendant does NOT help with luggage. That was a challenge as was the stair hike each and every time we returned to our room. The room was small but decent. The shower was a good size and had great warm water. The only thing was that it’s fully glass and in the middle of the room so there is no privacy. The room also has zero storage. I found myself putting hotel decorations under the bed so I could use the limited space for our own things. I actually had to hang things on lamp fixtures and other places so be prepared to get creative. Basically it’s just a room (a small and bare on) in a hotel with no amenities nor assistance. However the location was great and the price was decent so all things said I didn’t hate it.

    We had three suites (one of them really just a bigger room) in what really is a glorified AirBnB. On the plus side, tastefully decorated, great location close to everything and very clean. On the minus side, a vinegar-like, unpleasant smell in two of the suites, too noisy to leave the windows open (delivery vans in the middle of the night) and, at least for the fourth floors suites, quite a drag to shlep everything, including yourself, up the stairs (there is no lift). The biggest minus though are the double beds which, unless you are madly in love or particularly petite, are not wide enough for two persons to have a comfortable sleep . There is no breakfast available but this is ok as there are affordable options less than 90 seconds from the doorstep. All in all a nice stay but as a family, we probably won’t be back as we are mostly tall and no featherweights so the beds were a big minus.
