the location is excellent, the rooftop area is nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We paid €380 per night but unfortunately felt that we received poor value for money. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with visible dust in corners, and overall it felt worn and in need of maintenance. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower was poor, with only about one-third of the shower head working properly, and the sealant around the shower was dirty and deteriorating. What concerned us most was that a used towel we left on the bathroom floor was not replaced. Instead, it was simply folded and put back on the shelf as if it were clean. The room was also very small, with barely enough space for one suitcase despite being a double room. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations for the price. Better cleaning and maintenance are needed to justify the room rate.
