My wife, Victoria Elsmore, recently stayed at Residhome Nice Promenade for four nights in July 2026, and she had an absolutely wonderful experience.
From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel incredibly welcome. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their kindness and genuine hospitality really made the stay special.
The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring Nice. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's rare to find such consistently warm and helpful service.
Thank you to everyone at Residhome Nice Promenade for making Victoria's visit so enjoyable. She wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice. A well-deserved five stars!

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is convenient.
We were on the first floor over the main boulevard. The windows do not filter the noise … very difficult to sleep at night. This was especially a shame as the hotel was not full and we could have been given a garden view. On our second night, we had to temporarily evacuate our bedroom because the fire alarm went off…
