We like the fact that they accommodated our request for a higher floor room which would be quiet. The room was quiet and we thank them for that. The staff , specially two of them (Sylvia and IRA) were very nice and helpful to us.
The beds too small and its space was too tight. They wanted to charge us for parking our bikes in the care park where it had bike parking space!

It was clean and close to all amenities and close to the beach
Bed linen were not changed in 5 nights. I had to ask for clean towels

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is convenient.
We were on the first floor over the main boulevard. The windows do not filter the noise … very difficult to sleep at night. This was especially a shame as the hotel was not full and we could have been given a garden view. On our second night, we had to temporarily evacuate our bedroom because the fire alarm went off…
