The location was very good, 10 mins walk from the seaside. And the train station (Nice Ville) 5 mins.
The saff were very kind and welcoming.
The bed was so comfortable
The cleanliness is much below expectation.
Accummulated hairs on the floors, on the clean bed, desk and bed side cabineta were dusty,
Toilet wasn’t cleaned well, never cleaned even the shower area.
The towels had stains

Very small the room
They kik us at 5 am put for the alarm off a fire . But It was a problem with the sensors.
