False advertisement. Property does not have car park

Pros: Space and location

Cons: I booked this property because one of my main needs was to have a car park and in the ad the property mentioned parking, however, they did not have and I had to pay for street parking all the days of my stay. I contacted the property before checking-in and they told me to speak to Booking. I contacted booking few times and still no answer. Place was also dirty and badly maintained, mold and spider webs everywhere. A puddle of water would gather on the floor beside the window every night. That is a hazard.

Warm, cosy and comfortable. Very good location.

The apartment was warm, cosy and comfortable. (we stayed there during winter) Very clean too. The kitchen supplies were good. There was a usb socket directly in the wall - very practical! The staff were very kind and helpful. We had good communication before check-in. We followed their recommandations for transportation from the airport and in fact it was very easy and practical to get there with bus line 24, bus stop “High Street”. It takes 1 hour from the airport - a bit longer than the direct lines, but the bus stop is literally at the door of the hotel and it costed only 2,60 €. . (It’s possible to buy tickets in the bus only with coins for the exact amount). The location is grate. We visited everything we were interested in by walk. We’ve had a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend the place.

Badly managed, lacking promised amenities

Good location, 24h front desk would be helpful if they actually did their jobs

The staff made mistake after mistake during our 1 week stay. At the end we were offered a partial refund (without asking), as compensation, but they never actually made the refund. Very disappointed in the service level and the additional lie! - Had to ask 3 times for 2 duvets and they kept forgetting to bring them. - Our midweek clean didn't happen as promised. We even reminded them a day later, they promised to send someone, but never did. - The curtain rail fell down while we were out and we announced it, they promised to send maintenance, but they never did... - They told us we can ask for supplies at anytime, but they ran out of toilet paper on New Year's Eve. Luckily for us, the shops were still open, and we got our own, but they could have send someone to get more until their delivery came. - They ran out of hot water on New Year's Even as well. - No soap/shampoo rack in the shower (there were bolts for one, but I guess it broke down and they never replaced it) - No drying rack for the dishes in the kitchen

Location was good and apartment met all our needs

Cleaning could be done to better standard, cutlery drawer and bin dirty and couldn’t see through mirror it was so smeared .

Sofa and furniture tired and worn - defintely benfit from updating. Not enough sofa space for four adults despite being a 2 bed apartment. Doors to roof terrarce broken leaving hallway cold. For price over Christmas period facilities did not reflect value for the price. I would not stay here again

The location was convenient, rooms were spacious and comfortable the apartment was well equipped for self catering overall the atmosphere was fantastic and very friendly.

Nice clean apartments

Clean, great staff. Quiet inside the building.

We were on the ground floor, facing the road, right beside a pub. Very noisy and a noisy street. Originally we asked for a great view. Upon check in we were told it would be noisy and were offered a quieter apartment. We accepted but ended up right on the street.

Highly recommend!

This is my fourth stay with Staycity.. highly recommend. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Room was ready on time and very clean. Bathrooms were spotless and plenty of towels for four people. Their Car park is a block away with an easy self pay system . Location is great. Highly, highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay in a well maintained apartment near the heart of Dublin city.

Well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed in living area was very comfortable. Secure access. The apartment was located in a very quiet location but within walkable distance of main attractions.The welcome and helpfulness of staff member on arrival.

Good facilities and good location.

Listed as non-smoking but the people who stayed in the room before us must have smoked inside because it had a horrendous smell. Reported to the reception but was advised that housekeeping weren’t available for the duration of our stay and no other rooms were available. Extremely disappointed that it wasn’t noticed by housekeeping before we arrived. Would have been a good stay otherwise but just made the stay unpleasant.

Great location, Great Staff, Need better monitoring on the guest chat

Was in a great location and the staff was excellent. They helped up carry our bags to the room which was nice since they don’t have a bell service.

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that our neighbor was smoking on the balcony next to ours and it was blowing into my infant son’s bedroom. It took the staff a few hours to address it. Also even though they have a WhatsApp channel for everything you need from the staff, I felt it wasn’t being monitored, only getting a response from a ChatBot.

Excellent stay in central Dublin, spotless appartment and great staff!

Good location, walking distance to anything you’d need. Pubs etc close by. Room was spotless with all amenities you’d want and expect for a nice city apartment. The lady at check in was very helpful and accommodating, going the extra mile re-organising room bookings etc so we could have a balcony on a last minute booking which was greatly appreciated.

This apartment served us pretty well...simple, about 15 min walk from most of the sites.

The washer/dryer did not have a working dryer cycle so we left with damp clothes. The place is very simple, ok for a few nights.

Nice apartment in a good location but very expensive for what it was.

Pillows need replacing. Poor quality to begin with and showing their age. The switches in the kitchen for the stove and fridge should be labeled. We accidentally turned off the fridge overnight and it took us a while to figure out the stovetop has to be switched on to use. The closet in the hall was only partially repaired some time ago but was not refinished and no shelf or hooks where installed so everything just sits on the floor.

Great apartment

Location, size of apartment, coffee machine, tea, welcome basket of goodies, washing machine for clothes, windows that opened, elevator. Security was excellent. Just a wonderful stay.

Signage could have been clearer. In fairness it was pouring with rain the day I went to checkin and I walked to the sister property further down the hill and they directed me back again. Not a huge issue as only had one small bag with me, but it truly is opposite the Polish Catholic church. Not a huge issue and I would stay again.

Good location

Good location within walking distance to most things. The apartment was nice with a well equipped kitchen and dining table big enough for 5. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have benefitted from hooks on the back of the bathroom door and larger sofas to seat 5. The bedrooms were also very small and hard to walk around. It was fine for the 2 nights we were there but longer may have been difficult. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked but not too bad
