Overall great value for money, comfortable and excellent location! Would stay again :)

Great location. Clean and was ready for us earlier than we had originally asked for. Everything we needed in the room including bottles of water and tea, coffee facilities. Comfortable and spacious for 5 people.

Toilet flusher was broken, was still able to use but temperamental.

Cheap food location but not the cleanest.

Good location and easy to access the front door and rooms without staff in the property. Able to leave luggage.

The property was lovely but was not clean. The bed sheets & towels were clean but the room had stains all over the floor. There was dust on all shelves, windows and bed frames. Thick dust clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while. The shower was ok but not properly cleaned, you could see build up of scum in the corners. Above the shower the ceiling was peeling and a lot of the paint was hanging off.

It was located where I wanted to stay. The check in process was easy

The room provided was not as advertised. I paid for a room with views and received a room with blocked out windows, so had no external view or natural light. I tried to make contact with the contact and had zero response.

The toilet door was none existent so we had to go out of the room when one of us wanted to go to the toilet and there was no hot water and so we went to a different hotel then aldrin hotel on Merioneth road and it cost us £137 for the second night jeanine said we would get a refund the plumber came out and he couldn’t repair the heating it was a total disaster for are engagement weekend

There are no frills and the room is compact but it’s really all you need when the city is on the doorstep. Clean, safe, quiet and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for.

We was on first floor the room was clean and just wt we needed but there was no toilet door there was alam going in the middle of the night from the building and we had to power for the plugs in the morning and by the time they got back to us we was checking out and the heating was very noisy

Awesome location, clean and fresh, seems too cheap! The manager was great, letting us store luggage before getting us in a little earlier than check in.

Property was in an excellent location in the heart of the city (less than 5 min walk to The Temple Bar and close by to other attractions - roughly 20 min walk from Guinness Factory) and with a river view. The hosts were very communicative and were very helpful (we had a slight issue with a tripped fuse that was sorted quickly whilst we were out) and they were also accommodating to an earlier check in time.

The windows weren’t amazing at keeping noise out so any traffic or noise overnight going past can be heard pretty distinctly

I loved it.

The proximity to all the activities was great. It had a great shower, comfortable beds, and a good view of the Temple Bar area and river.

The narrow stairway made it challenging to get luggage up.

Good location, good TV in front of the bed.

The room had a window that couldn’t be opened, which meant it was impossible to look outside (it was covered) or to let any fresh air in. Moreover, after two flights, the rain, and the wind in Dublin, my wish to enjoy a nice hot shower was ruined because the water wouldn’t drain from the shower tray, causing the bathroom and the room to flood (we’re talking about a 5-square-meter room with a bed, bathroom, shower, and sink). I had to use 3 out of my 4 towels to dry and clean everything up. The manager of the property didn’t even reply to my message.

The location.

The room was extremely dusty to the point that when we woke in the morning there was a thick layer of dust on top of our phone screens. Also the noise from the traffic was horrendous and made it unbearable to sleep.

The location was fabulous with clear information and communication from the owners, the bed was was really comfortable and had a great nights sleep.

There was nothing negative only a little feedback, with having a Nespresso machine in the room it would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods but there was a Spar just around the corner where I could purchase some, but that’s just a personal opinion and no reflection on the great stay I had.

Pigeonhole

The room felt extremely cramped, almost like a pigeonhole, with a washbasin awkwardly placed right next to the bed for brushing teeth. The window could not be opened at all, which made the space feel even more uncomfortable. The overall building was quite noisy, and to make matters worse, random people attempted to enter my room in the middle of the night. This made the stay feel unsafe and unpleasant.

Great stay. Affordable, great view, and well located.

The location is great. There's a beautiful view out onto the river, and it's fun to people watch from a height. The room was warm, comfortable, and all the services worked well.

A kettle in the room would be great! There are cups and tea but no way to boil hot water. Only other minor feedback is that the artwork is a bit strange...

Had everything I needed and located very close to town centre. Also very clean

It was noisy being close to the front door. The slam woke me numerous times throughout the night. Also screaming from another resident who forgot the front door code at one point.

The location can’t be beat, staff responsive and professional, and I would stay there again… especially room #1.

We were in room #1, ground floor on the street side of the building. It was clean and roomy enough with a giant TV. But I was worried we’d hear more of the traffic and people than we did since it’s on a very busy roadway. It was incredibly quiet. They also provided us with a fan to keep the air circulating which also provided “white noise”.

The shower water leaked into the room.

A decent place to stay located right in the city center

The size of the room was reasonable enough for its price. The staffs were super helpful and nice when I asked if I could leave my baggage at the hotel before check-in time.

The floor of the room wasn’t properly cleaned but everything else was acceptable.
