The location was amazing and the room spacious and great value for money.
I wasn’t a real fan on the breakfast.

Location was great, room was nice
All the steps, elevator was broke and front staff did not know questions to simple request. How far to the Connelly train Station? Is there a visa that comes by here to get to City Center.

The staff were efficient and helped with a taxi booking. They all had a pleasant manner.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot.
Tea bags but no kettle in view. I've since heard there may have been one in a cupboard below the coffee maker. I got hot water from downstairs. Cups were too small.
The window catches were broken but did work.
The sink didn't drain well.

It was very convenient for sight seeing.
Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as was expensive compared to elsewhere. Had to wait for someone to appear in the lounge area for coffee.
