A great stay

Friendly & helpful staff. Big room with comfortable bed. All amenities were in place. The hotel is in an excellent location i think. Very close to Christchurch Cathedral, so expect bells! It didn't put me off. The hotel is literally a 20 second walk to the excellent Darkey Kelly's bar. Well worth a visit.

Most everything.. there was little I disliked, the food options in the restaurant was a little pricey .Most of the staff was exceptional!! From the reservations staff to the housekeeping staff everyone was polite and kind. I was very comfortable and happy during my stay..

A mid range option with less food at a lower price would be nice.. offer tea and scone/ croissant option for breakfast. I know I would have stayed to eat. Lunch should offer a salad option/ soup.. if you wish to go that route.. I wish they would have let me know about the construction ahead of schedule, but that is ok. They accommodated nicely. Overall amazing stay thank you!!

I have stayed here 4 times, it is great value for money in a city where it is hard to find.

Location is good

Room has no AC so the air inside is stale. bathroom faucet is tiny so the water spills on the vanity. Room did not get cleaned daily. we had to get fresh towel ourselves.

Great location!! Short walk to everything. They were able to hold our bags before check in which was a huge help.

The carpet was a little aged. I couldn’t help but laugh at how close the beds were together. Not an issue.. just funny.

I chose the location in Temple Bar. I chose to breakfast there as an after thought & enjoyed breakfasting there. Now, you're telling me I'm off to a good START & to tell you 'a little more' what more are you curious about?

We enjoyed our stay .but breakfast needs improvement. It's not very relaxing to enjoy the food .

Place was very clean,warm,friendly,great location

Breakfast set up poor,slightly cold food,we were up and down across the restaurant with cups of water for tea refills ,then up again to a different station for milk .please think about having milk jugs and small teapots for tables .also the toaster only lightly warms the bread .the frosted glass door on the unsuite leaves nothing to the imagination.sitting on the toilet is fully exposed to the room.

Super convenient and would consider staying again as its affordable and cental.

Location was great

We were on the ground/first floor (first and second rooms to the right) and could literally hear everything and hear everything between rooms. We even heard someone elses alarm going off a thousand times. I suggest taking ear plugs or making sure you are really tired! Cleanliness was mostly great however the shower floor and edging could use a bleaching.

Noise from street, traffic etc. very easy to hear in the room. Hot breakfast food in buffet had obviously been there for some time when we went for breakfast at 9am. Very few guests in breakfast room so unlikely that the hot food was being consumed and replenished.

The location was great. The room was great, in aesthetics and comfort. I was very happy we were put in a room With no carpet. It was great we could show our luggage before and after our stay.

The only thing that I would consider remotely as a didn’t like is that we could not check in early, but I mean that’s expected.

Breakfast really needs work. The orange juice was NOT juice, I don't know what it was- needs to refill things better as we were fairly early and sat down for awhile with no refills of food on buffet. Coffee from machine was also not good.

Fantastic weekend in the heart of the city!

Recently refurbished, the room had a light, airy feel to it. The breakfast was made up of a good range of products, which should suit all tastes. The bar is comfortable. The hotel is situated at the western end of the lively, central area which features many bars and eateries. There is a pub right next door which has traditional Irish music, but at no time were we aware of the sound unless we stepped out onto the pavement.

Only a couple of minor irritations: There were no hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang a dressing gown or washbag. Also, although there was one in the bedroom, it would have been nice to have a second waste bin in the bathroom.

Location of property and the overall cleanliness. The check in process was faultless with the pre registration form being filled in before arriving. The staff were courteous.

A very nice hotel located at the heart of Dublin

The staff was quite helpful, also when we forgot to bring our electric outlet adapter. The room was comfortable and it had a nice view. The location is very good, super close to touristic places and monuments, and it is located in the Temple Bar area, which is quite very nice for going out at night. The bus stop to get to the airport is also quite close. There is a nice pub next door where you can have dinner (with some live music if you're into that) and a nice café on the other side where you can have breakfast too. I would stay here again.

The elevator was slow and small, the pillows were a big too big and not as "foamy" as I would have liked. The sink in the bathtub was quite slow, so you'd end up with a small swimming pool for your feet after showering. They didn't have toiletries like a comb.

The room was extremely hot! Hotter than it was outside. It felt very stuffy. The whole time during our stay we had the window open (colder outside) no breeze would cone through and the roomy was extremely hot. Very poor ventilation
