Lovely hotel, right in the mix of loads of pubs, restaurants, shops and right opposite the Cathedral!

The location is brilliant. The hotel is lovely and staff are super friendly. Also a taxi rank right outside which is super handy!

I like the location of this and stay here frequently when working in Dublin

We went to our room and when we closed the curtains there was dirty underwear on the floor belonging to previous guests and lots of bottle caps so room had not been cleaned properly. Raised as issue and still awaiting a response month later

Mix up with payment & being charged twice despite my room being pre-paid impacted my stay.

My company had pre-paid for my stay but I was charged again on check in. This was eventually refunded when I showed them the prepayment confirmation but I was charged again on Friday morning.

Great location but discomfort of the beds and pillows won’t let me recommend.

Location was awesome. Front desk staff were extremely nice however wish they would have been more forthcoming that we had no chance of early checkin. We didn’t even get to check in at the 3pm time that is listed.

Pillows were like bricks. Still have a stiff neck.

Reasonable Dublin hotel for your weekend stay with a perfect location

Everything was absolutely perfect, breakfast, location the rooms. The price was the most reasonable ive ever seen in Dublin. Parking is right behind and there’s an entrance to hotel and they validate the ticket to give you a discount.

The only tiny thing I didn’t like and my partner also found them hard to sleep on was the pillows, they weren’t the normal fluffy big pillows so it was a little hard to get comfortable but we still slept

Location, staff, breakfast and bar/restaurant were excellent. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Great access to public transport, restaurants and bars.

Our room on the first floor had floor to ceiling windows angled directly onto the main road outside and was only a few metres from the footpath and road. With the curtains open, there was absolutely no privacy from pedestrians looking in from the footpath on the busy road and passengers on the top of the double decker bus outside the hotel looking in! We had to have the curtains closed at all times when we were in the room.

Decent hotel room, good location

We appreciated the great location of this hotel that was walking distance from most sites, especially Trinity College. The room was fine, but could use softer pillows.

Please add top sheets and softer pillows to the bed and hair conditioner to the toiletries.

Parking and location and cleanliness was great!

So clean and nice. Location is fantastic!

Check in was supposed to be at three and they said they would call when our room was ready but didn’t. We checked back at 5:00 and that’s when we got into our room which had an AC thermostat but it didn’t work and we couldn’t open the window in our room. The nice desk clerk brought us a fan but it got pretty warm in the room.

Quality Hotel Near Christ Church Cathedral

The rooms were lovely and the location was great. 3 minutes away from a delicious chippy shop too. Yum! Staff were formal but very helpful. Rooms were great with nice views. We only visited the bar and the bartenders were friendly and helpful with drink questions. One morning we had to leave before breakfast for a tour and we were given a takeaway breakfast that was perfect. Also, on check in day, we arrived early morning and were able to leave luggage until our room was ready. Would stay here again.

I paid a lot of money for a 2 night stay. It was poor value for money in comparison to The Devlin.

The reception, bar and cleaning staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is safe and generally good.

The reception area, bar and restaurant were tired looking and scuffed in parts. Some of the breakfast choices were disappointing. The fresh fruit bowl was tired looking. The cooked breakfast was disappointing, with greasy mushrooms and the bacon was either over cooked or undercooked bacon fat. The dining table was extremely wobbly, the staff were aware of the issues but it seems the tables were new in the dining room!

You probably cannot do better for the price

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. It is clean, well maintained and the staff are very helpful. To make it even better it is only a short walk to the heart of the city, even shopping on the North side.

It is a "card only" hotel which means even the bar doesn't take cash. This may mean having to head to pubs down the street (which isn't a big deal except if you want to get a pint to take up to your room). Also, you need to arrange at the desk if you want to be able to charge bar or restaurant purchases to your room. They can't approve this at the bar / restaurant.
