Fiona and Dave were amazing, super friendly and made us really feel welcome. Room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is 50m from Grafton road, so really central. We will be back.

Well appointment, well located and very welcoming accommodation.

My husband and I loved the location, the staff made us very welcome, the owner made us feel even more welcome. The music was great. Glad to have an elevator with our large suitcases and the room was freshly made up for us again the next day. Beautifully appointed and clean. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. It met our needs perfectly.

Because it was attached to a pub and I stayed on a Friday night it was somewhat noisy into morning hours. Not all the noise was from the pub, some was because it is on a busy street, which is good and bad.

Friendly staff - great experience

Staff was extremely friendly. Great care was taken to clean the room and bathroom each day. The location was great and we loved going to the bar downstairs. It was a short walk to any of the key places we went and close to bus stops.

Very small but nice rooms.

Location is excellent. It has a good bed, good shower (albeit small), Air Con & a lift. It's above a pub we enjoyed. We had no problem with the noise

Room 402 is VERY VERY small. There isn't enough room to open a carry- on bag without setting it on the bed. Room 401 is slightly bigger and 403 is a descent size (still small but you could open a suitcase).

There is no front desk because the first floor is a pub. It was difficult at times to get in contact with a worker about extra towels or other needs.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the vibrant Temple Bar district, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff: incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and offered great recommendations for local spots to explore. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin!

Nice guest house close to town center

We loved the location, walking distance to town Centre with many pubs, shopping, and theatre. The room was quiet and clean, and it had air conditioning. The room was a little small. Beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly. There is a pub downstairs which is very nice. They do not have food, but the pizza place across the street delivers right to your table in the pub.

The room was small and we couldn't open our suitcases on the floor. Two people was a bit cramped. I was a little nervous that the outside door was slow to close behind us for security purposes.

The location was perfect

The rooms were very very small. Luggage was on side of bed since it was the only place to put it and had to be stepped over to get to bed and out of bed. The attached “hotel bar” couldn’t make a couple drinks because they ran out of some liquors.

Lovely stay and perfect location! Rooms are small but that’s as expected. Comfy beds. Very nice pub downstairs with great staff and Irish music on sundays.

Loved everything! Only thing to note is there’s no food served downstairs in the pub - this is common for pubs all over Dublin but just noting there’s no food at the hotel!

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend. We arrived early, hoping just to drop off our bags, but to our surprise the room was already ready — fantastic! It gave us a chance to settle in and recharge (literally and figuratively). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was small but perfect — very clean, modern, and comfortable. Bonus perks: • We stayed on a Sunday and were treated to live folk music in the bar from 7–10 PM — such a lovely surprise and a great way to end the day! • There’s a Lidl right across the road, perfect for snacks and drinks. • Super easy to get to — we took the public bus (number 16) from the airport, and it dropped us right at the end of the road. Would absolutely stay again!

The location is great and there is a fantastic bar downstairs. The beds are ultra comfortable

If you had to pick on something, it would be room size. But it has everything you need, so it's not really an big issue

Room choice matters!

We found the property central to what we wanted to do. It was clearly recently renovated, and was well maintained.

We did not like our room because it was too small for a king size bed and two people with suitcases. I found myself really stressed by trying to manage in 12.5 sq metres. I saw the room at the end of the hall and it would have been lovely. I thought we paid quite a lot for a room this size.

Centrally located, friendly and warm atmosphere. Cute and perfectly formed rooms. Although not large had everything you could want including a nice strong shower and comfy bed!

I would say that in common with lots of places light to put your makeup on well was a bit tricky but really just being picky.
