Warmly recommend!

The location was excellent, a nice walking distance to all major sights. It was also surprisingly calm and quiet for a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great choice for a short stay!

Breakfast would have been a nice addition, to be included in the room price.

The breakfast selection was great, Heba and Tracey were very personable and helpful. Anyone else of the staff was very friendly, always greeting us.

The fact that the sink was not part of the bathroom was not very ideal. The bed was very high and it was not easy to get in at night. We were told that there is food 24 hours, but yet there was no room service.

An enjoyable place to stay, great location, just a little OTT on the tech and missing room basics.

Staff were very attentive, and helpful. Hotel was clean and nicely designed. Room was spotless and interesting with so much tech involved, albeit a bit over done.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the heating in the room it was cold. I did discuss with the reception staff but no other room was available. The room didn't heat up to an appropriate temperature. The tablet to control all the tech in the room is over complicated, lights turned off unexpectedly and remote for TV wouldn't work as expected. Lastly there is no drinking cup, tea/coffee facilities in the room. You can get all of these down stairs and have to bring to your room. I spoke to staff about this also, and they used to have plastic cups which is ideal for teeth washing etc. Carrying all what you need up from reception I think is unnecessary compared to most hotels providing basic drinking glass.

Great stay in family

The rooms are perfectly decorated and with great views. Location could not be better. Reception and lobby very nicely arranged and the staff is so nice and caring. One of the best hotels I have been with extremely clean spaces, practical sitting for a meeting, a chat, a drink and a bite all day (and night) long.

There is nothing not to like in this hotel.

Colourful, cosy, uplifting and comfortable

Disaster, lost my bike, hotel refused compensation

Good locations

I was informed there was a safe area to lock up my bicycle on arrival I was informed it was for staff only. My bike was then stolen from outside the public bike rack by the front entrance of the hotel

Emergency booking as I took unwell on my day trip to Dublin. Reckon it was food poisoning from my breakfast at the airport and needed to have a lie down and be near a loo in case I was sick. The hotel was reasonably priced, very comfortable and the staff very friendly

The most pleasant accommodating staff anywhere in the world.

I do enjoy staying north of the Liffey River and this hotel is not quite as walkable as other places we have stayed. But the hotel was brand new! the staff was so accommodating and anticipated our every need. We enjoy Citizen M even though the rooms are small, the price is great.

Great price, location and overall value.

I think this hotel is pretty new, there aren't very many reviews. We booked in June and cancelled and rebooked immediately a month later when we saw there was a better price. The room is small but cozy, if you are traveling with someone new you might want to re think your choice lol as you are definitely in each others space pretty much the whole time. Bed is super comfortable and the black out shades are a nice touch. Staff downstairs was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet in the morning is convenient. Location was nice because it was about a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. There isn't parking at the hotel but we parked our rental at the Q-Park St. Stephens and it wasn't a far walk (less than 10 minutes) it's about 46 euros a night (24 hour period).

Wish there was a coffee machine in the room but not a downside (we were aware) and wish at least one of the pillows was a little more fluffier but again not a downside as the bed was still really comfy. We still really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

This is a new hotel, minutes from the centre of Dublin but also in a quiet-ish part of the town. Rooms were fresh, clean, well appointed and big enough. Staff were very helpful, food was good and breakfast was flexible

Very little. Ran out of certain things at breakfast and not replenished very quickly at times, that’s a factor of not needing to book your slot though. The iPad that operated the rooms light / media / blinds for me is needlessly complicated and not flexible enough.

Great new hotel option in central location in Dublin city centre- minutes away from iconic locations

The location is perfect. Very short walk to stephens green, the luas, grafton street and even shorter to st patricks cathedral and park and playground. Check in and out process was super simple and speedy. They can store luggage but very kindly were able to check me in super early. The room was super clean, really simple and smart layout. The iPad control was so easy to use and meant you could operate lights and blinds and ac, select colouring of lights, tv controls. Shower was great and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, hand lotion, tissues and hairdryer. Bed had a whole selection of pillows with various soft/hard options. The ac was amazing during the hot weather. The hotel signage made it easy to navigate. I didn't use the breakfast option but it looked well stocked and they also have food options and a great bar. The lounge area has lots of seating options and several people were working or switching off in the space. If you didn't have your room cleaned, a donation is made to a charity which is a really great move. Every staff member I met went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. They should be commended for that. I'll definitely be back when I need to stay in Dublin again.

A kettle in the room would be lovely for those who love their tea. The connecting the tv to your mobile/tv via the tablet didn't work in my room but I got by grand without it. I'd recommend this in particular for solo traveller or couples who are really close. The space is used really well so the bed stretches from wall to window to wall, so you can both only get into bed from the same one side. That's clear in the photos though.
