Great except for the parking that could be sorted with more specific instructions. Tell the guests to use the “Apoca” ca

I got a lovely room on the forth floor. It was quite apart from the HV system which created a constant low hum.

I was told that the parking works cost me €16.00 in the car part in Drury street… but at no point was I told that there were two car parks in Drury street and you guessed it.. I was in the “other” one. I did not know this until I was checking out. Parking cost me €35.00

The lady that checked us in when we arrived on the first evening (10pm) was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. The quadruple room booked was cramped and completely different to the photo on the website. My advice would be to pay more and stay somewhere else.

Family Christmas stay

Excellent location, very friendly staff, very spacious family room.

Camp bed in the family room was very small, another proper single bed would have fit in the room. Breakfast was good but could be better. Skin on the sausages fell off! Teabags should not be PG Tips. Please replace with Lyon’s or Barry’s or Bewleys.

Compacte en praktische familiekamer als prima uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip!

Zeer goede centrale ligging en heel vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed. Familiekamers was goed en geriefelijk. We hadden een fijn verlij.

De kamerinfo kwam goed overeen met de realiteit. Als ik toch iets moet aangeven: 4e bed was soort van slaapzetel en net te kort voor onze dochter (1,76m). Door de compacte familiekamer ontbreekt er een plekje om wat rustiger te zitten. Maar over all was kamer zeker in lijn met onze verwachtingen en ideaal voor citytrip

Nem a full belváros, de pont ez, ami nagyon jó. 2 utcával odébb már nagy volt a nyüzsi. Volt a közelben Lidl, jó kis kajáldák, a Pub-ok teljes választéka, a helyiektől a csilli-villi puccosig. Hétköznap a rántottát kérni kell a séftől, aki ott van előtted és nagyon kedves. A biztonság elég jó. Kártyával megy a lift, a folyosóajtó és a szoba is. Hétköznap voltunk, télen. Kaptunk egy csomó kedvezményt.

Az, hogy haza kellett jönnünk.

Servizio delle pulizie assente. Io e il mio compagno ci aspettavamo di trovare in un hotel il sevizio di pulizie che rifacesse la stanza, considerando che siamo stati due notti, la stanza non ci è stata fatta. Lo accetto se prendo in affitto un monolocale ma non una stanza di un hotel no. Inoltre nel bagno mancava lo spazzolone per il wc.
