    This was our first trip to Dublin and we decided to stay at this hotel. I am vey glad we made that decision; everything about the hotel was great, from the rooms to the staff. On top of that, we ran into an issue with with some clerical mistakes and the reservation team there worked very closely with us to successfully resolve the issue and that was wonderful.
