    Walking distance to everything you could need or want. Very beautiful hotel and amazing, friendly staff. Clean and cute rooms.

    Very convenient location, and actually quite a cool and trendy hotel. Opted for the larger room, and it was well worth a little extra - which was about the same as some competitors cheapest rooms anyway. Q-Park next door is convenient (park near "C" areas on any floor). Get a discount at reception when you check out. One gripe, they encourage use of the self check-in/out. Fine, but after entering loads of details they already know about me, it 'failed' and had to check-in all over again with a human. And you can't get the parking discount without speaking to someone. So it seems like a poor thought out service.

    Windows don't open and AC switches off all the time, I was waking up several times a night to swith on the AC and it was only able to switch on for 18C, nothing higher or lower. I had no rest and woke up both mornings with headaches. After checking in I found blood spots on the mattress topper. They changed it but I had to lose 1.5 h in total wait for the bed sheets change. Everything was very dusty, so I cleaned it myself around the bed and I had to discover that the toilet had pee spots on the toilet seat. Unpleasant stay, I cannot recommend it.
