We chose this hotel because it was close to a 6am tour we had through our visit to Dublin. The area is a little run down and a 20 min walk into city center. The hotel is nice but their choice in room comfort amenities makes no sense. We got a 1 bd suite, which was more than we wanted to pay but we were there for 3 nights and wanted the extra space. Upon arrival our bed wasn't properly made. They didn't use a fitted sheet and the bottom sheet they used didn't reach the end of the head of the bed. I'd never seen anything like it! I went down to tell the front desk and was told that housekeeping is gone for the day??? That I had to go up to my suite and make my own bed properly if I wasn't satisfied with the way it is. Also, they have no closet, no drawers, no bedside tables. It was the craziest set up. Our clothes were exposed so the room looked chaotic instead of zen. The GM had housekeeping take care of our bed the next day and gave us free breakfasts but for the money, and location I would not stay there again.

There are many better hotels for the same price closer to the center. Not a great area and the staff were mixed in terms of attention to guests.
