Shortage of staff the same guy who did breakfast did it every day and he had a ripped shirt and he had the same shirt with the same stains on every day Saturday night the Bar service was very slow up to 20 minutes. Wait all the staff complained about they’re not being enough Staff.

Perfect location with great bars and foodie places at your doorstep. Highly recommend.

The staff were brilliant!! So nice and polite. We went to the bar / restaurant and the manager came straight over to us to introduce himself. Such a personal touch which has been lost in most places. Very impressed!

Beware of Wi-Fi issues for travellers - but everything else is high quality

This hotel in a fantastic location, it is extremely clean, and I found the rooms to be a decent size for being in the middle of a capital city. All staff were kind, and I found the restaurant staff in particular to be so friendly!

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in my first room did not work at all so, I had no Wi-Fi for my first half of my stay. Actually it didn't work in my area of the building, even in the hallway. After a few days I eventually was moved to a part of the building which did have working Wi-Fi, but this did take days. Please be aware of this, because people like me who are not from Europe, I had to rely only on my pre-paid travel data which was not unlimited. This made the first half of the trip a bit stressful as I would have expected working Wi-Fi for this high standard hotel and I had to ration out my data when relaxing in my room. I will say that the hotel moved me to a slightly more upgraded second room, and I did get a couple of free drinks as compensation, which I did appreciate.

Make sure to use the manual lock on your door when room is occupied

The location, staff and vibe was great. It is a vibrant hotel with it's pop culture decor. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

We had a superior king sized room which was very cramped; the bed took over most of the room. When we pulled back the crisp white sheets there was a dirty silicone looking bean on the sheet covering the mattress; this was very unsettling. At 08.:36 there was a knocking on our door; unsure if this was on our door or next-door, and as we were still asleep, we passed no remarks until our door opened and we shouted out to the man entering to acknowledge that the room as occupied. He apologized and said he would return later. Both issues were brought to the attention of reception on check out; we had even provided the dirty silicone shaped bean but no compensation was offered bar a verbal apology which was disappointing. I didn't push the issue as there was a queue for check-out beginning to assemble.

It was all good. I’d say the breakfast was probably 7/10. Reasonable choice but I’ve had better. There was list of things at the kitchen you could order but we weren’t told if it was extra. Only a small complain as it was excellent otherwise

Very nice and modern hotel. Excellent location to restaurants and pubs. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. I will stay at the property again!

The bathroom doesn’t really exist, toilet is in a closet with glass door, same with the shower. The sink is in the middle of the room. No privacy.

Clean and tidy with nice decor. Friendly staff. Lovely housekeeping team.

The hotel straddles a service road where they have located fans and condenser units, these constantly click on and off all night. Coupled with vehicles reversing, bins being emptied and drains being pumped out this all leads to a very bad nights sleep. The rooms are very small.

Bed was amazing!!!! We had wash cloths. The location was perfect. Spacious room. Coffee, tea, & water was complimentary. Everything was very modern: lights and air conditioning control.

Location was perfect, and the hotel had a modern look with rock-and-roll pictures. My room had a slight mildew smell, but overall, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and pillows.

New and high tech facilities. Rock music theme throughout. Near Temple Bar area but not too near. Great breakfast. The room was very quiet and never heard any noise outside, nor any noise from fellow guests. Big tv with good channels. Free water.

There were frequent lines at the check-in desk, they seemed a bit short staffed. Taking a bus/tram to get there, still involved 10 minutes of walking from the other side of the river. The shower was not well designed, where you would have to shimmy around the glass door, to get in or out, and meanwhile cold water might be dripping from the overhead shower head.

Beautiful hotel, warm welcome when we arrived & found out when we got into the room that the they had left us a lovely note, chocolates & a free drink in the bar, as it was my partners 40th bday. Our room was amazing located on the corner of the hotel with brilliant views, the bed was soooo comfy, slept like a baby. We couldn’t have wished for more, everything was perfect, thank you so much for making it special and we will be back soon.

Very good spot, well located

Very well located at the edge of Temple Bar. Very friendly staff, however some of them had quite a strong local accent which was a little bit difficult to understand immediately for foreigners. A lot of pubs, restaurants, shops and interesting sites at walking distance.

Sound insulation could be better; we heard loud voices coming from rooms next to us, as well as street noises. Even with the windows closed.

Trendy hotel with a great location and abundant breakfast

Our room was extra large. The breakfast was really superb. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is located in the center, with very good public transport access. Strong wifi and very trendy decoration.

Our room (2350) had a smell of mold, and windows could not be opened. The setting for the breakfast creates a lot of waste as you order from pre-set breakfasts. We tried to modify and combine, but sometimes did not get exactly what we ordered (usually more or different) and sometimes far too much of something. If it were all out on a table I would have taken much less of everything.
